Meet Our Operator

Our Operator’s story comes from humble beginnings.

Michael was raised in Woodbridge, Virginia where he got his start with Chick-fil-A as a team member. Before Chick-fil-A, Michael played football but due to a horrific knee injury he had to go through months of physical therapy to learn how to walk again. During this time he began to study more on business and entrepreneurship and received his Bachelor’s in Business Administration. In 2015 Michael began to work for Chick-fil-A Corporate until being selected for his first store in Chesapeake, Virginia. Michael and his brother Alan, hold the distinguished honor of being the only brothers to go through Chick-fil-A’s fundamental class together. As time went on he was able to grow his first business and with the help of his team they were able to win many community awards! As a reflection of the hard work and dedication Michael and his team put forth, Michael was selected to go to Henrietta, New York where he and his brother now operator the two local Chick-fil-A’s.  Michael has a passion for helping schools due to the fact his mother and sister have worked as a teacher/assistant for many years and he also has a passion for helping veterans because his father is a retired Army veteran. Michael’s goal is to groom the next generation of leaders and entrepreneurs. He looks forward to serving this community here in Henrietta with his team.
